      Coworkers and team members are amazing and supportive.

      Cons

      -Too many departments with poor understanding of job responsibilities within each of them -Culture of favoritism is very prevalent -If the system is questioned in any manner, you questions/concerns are immediately squashed -Company based itself recently on massive acquisitions with no forethought to look into the laws of the markets they were buying into. -Customer service line is horrible for providing customer service. -Pay is subpar to similar positions in other companies -Senior management is more concerned with pumping out metrics than the service provided or the people providing it.

      Horrible pay, waited two years for a 57 cent raise. No advancement, they hire for outside of the company for higher roles
