      Pros

      Large meeting spaces, including a large lunch room with multiple microwave ovens, multiple refrigerators, freezer space, Keurig coffee maker and other types for hot tea, hot chocolate and water dispenser. Good benefits.

      Cons

      As with many companies having many locations throughout the US; heavy turnover, lack of training and support for new-hires and inconsistently explained or applied policies and procedures.

      Pros

      I worked as staff for an on-site team in one of the largest communities in Austin. The on-site staff that I worked with every day was great! I had a select group of corporate office coworkers that I could rely on if I ever needed anything taken care of quickly.

      Cons

      The benefits were subpar and expensive. We were trained incorrectly on the Ciranet software, so we had to teach ourselves and were left in the dark on a lot of updates happening behind the scenes. The corporate office, in general was hard to get in touch with and we were never given much assistance for our residents when we really needed it. We were promised the ability to move up and around within the company and that was not the case for everyone on our on-site team.
