      Pros

      The software is incredibly advanced making a community association managers job much easier. The staff is terrific. Traffic anywhere is horrible.

      Cons

      Overloaded workload, not enough employees for the amount of communities, it's not required but the norm seems to be long hours whether it be through lunch or at home after hours remotely. Even though the software is advanced there is little training and if you're a new LCAM you don't learn as much because of it. So much is taken care of through corporate and the software you don't seem to really get a true picture of what managing is all about. Half your day is spent getting bids. A glorified maintenance supervisor.

      Pros

      Personal relationships are the first and foremost aspect of this company. They are committed to improving the team, the processes, and the clients. Integrity, both in a corporate sense and personal sense are valued here more than any other virtue. Through great examples and leaders I feel that the company respects each individual and tries its best to encourage selfless service for clients and team members. Upward mobility is easy to see. If you are successful at one job here, you will be able to move anywhere in the country to preform that or another job if the openings are available. Executive support is top notch. They consistently communicate with the teams and travel nation-wide to meet with clients and teams.

      Cons

      Still growing so the benefits will get better. Be prepared to hit the ground running in a fast-paced and volatile industry.

      Pros

      Growth Potential - If you are serious about doing your job well, you will find career growth. Hard work is appreciated and rewarded! You don't find that everywhere. Relaxed Environment - No micro-managers here. Everyone is treated professionally and allowed to take ownership of their responsibilities. Flexibility - Management is very fair and understanding.

      Cons

      Small Margin for Error - Because of the industry, high expectations are inherent. For some, this can be stressful and for others it motivates them to strive for excellence. In either case, it can be stressful at times.
