      Pros

      I love my leadership team and the amazing support they are. Our software is cutting edge in our industry and hands down is what separates us from other management companies. I also really enjoy my co-workers and the overall office environment.

      Cons

      Our job requires a lot of communication from managers and because our back office is in Dallas, so times it's hard to get the answers we need in a timely manner which causes us to look incompetent sometimes. We end up having to take misplaced blame and that can be frustrating.

      You are helping people develop communities within their neighborhoods.

      Cons

      RealManage overloads employees with accounts to the extent that we were unable to be effective. Managers with large portfolios were given sub par assistant managers, creating a customer satisfaction nightmare.
