Terrible management with no communication at all. The pay is very low for the large workload. The pay raises are $0.25 once a year. If I could give zero stars across the board I would.

-Too many departments with poor understanding of job responsibilities within each of them -Culture of favoritism is very prevalent -If the system is questioned in any manner, you questions/concerns are immediately squashed -Company based itself recently on massive acquisitions with no forethought to look into the laws of the markets they were buying into. -Customer service line is horrible for providing customer service. -Pay is subpar to similar positions in other companies -Senior management is more concerned with pumping out metrics than the service provided or the people providing it.
