      Pros

      Flexible with allowing much time to work at home. Nice bonus plans.

      Cons

      Overworked at times, due to being an employee that keeps giving. Sometimes not appreciated. Benefits package is not the best. No match on the 401k.

      Brand new CFO. Onboarding terrific and CEO world-class. Eager to build this company into a much larger company.

      Cons

      The onboarding can be laborious but recognize it’s worth it. This company is entering hyper growth mode and intends to maximize all your talents. Every employee matters to achieving what’s possible. RealManage should prove to be an exciting ride over the next several years.
