      Love working for this company. Everyone has a "family" mindset. From the CEO down, everyone is treated like family.

      Still growing like crazy so there is a constant aptitude for change!

      Not much- the commute is close

      They have the highest turnover I have ever heard of.... they need to offer better training for those in the field, or maybe the properties they manage are actually really terrible hence why they have such a huge influx of service calls daily. Anyone that is not in the c-suite, most likely will not have anything great to say about this company, They have a nationwide staff of over 1000... with a I.T support team of two. The turnover is so high that the IT infrastructure is not anywhere near sufficient to support a company like this.... Management is incestual. Training for new hires is not sub par, at best.

      Pros

      Inspector so you don’t have to do inspections, beautiful view downtown, big network of support, they created their own software that’s amazing

      Cons

      Very corporate. Accounting is in a different state, not at arms reach. Software allows for micromanaging, though if you’re taking care of things it won’t happen
