Great Coworkers, Same drawbacks of other corporations

Pros

The people are largely great. There were a few catty people but they are mostly gone now

Cons

Pay could be higher. Work needs to be spread out further to reduce pressure and stress. Need to upgrade their software

Pros

Above average pay. Worked for a great team prior to RealManage transition.

Cons

RealManage laid off existing employees from companies purchased without any notice or bad reviews. Was told they would be keeping employees on and offering different positions. This was not true. Health insurance was not affordable. 401k matching was not a benefit. Not competitive PTO offered and 90 day waiting period until can start accruing time off. Very little room for advancement.

Pros

There is no pros about this place

Cons

You will never get a raise even if you deserve it, management is the definition of comedy, if you want to work at a toxic workplace this is the right place for you. This company is known for buying smaller companies and then laying off everyone in the previous management company because they don't know how to work, my advice is don't even apply for a position at Real Manage.
