Pros

Before I started at RealManage, I hated every job/boss I had, was never motivated, always afraid to ask questions or bring up any issues I was dealing with. From the day I started to this very day, I wake up with a big smile on my face because I finally get to work with and for an amazing group of people. Every day is something new whether it's taking on a new responsibility or having to shift tasks. Every single person wants you to succeed and will uplift you! I am beyond words that I have an amazing leader I work under. She challenges me every day and wants me to ask questions!

Cons

Dental could be better.... That is my 10-word minimum right there.

Pros

Awesome proprietary system. Awesome co-workers and the new leadership has really made a huge difference in our morale and our culture. Everything is moving in the right direction by the changes made. Managers normally only have 8 maximum properties. They do not overload you and there is support if you work within the system.
