Where to begin. Wonderful company to work at. Because of this pandemic, it has altered life as we knew. What it has done to most businesses and most employees has left a bad taste in the mouths of millions. Although, some companies affected, somehow and someway can and will fight to make it right to their employees. Realmanage, is one of those employers. I speak for me. I only have positive things to say about them. Management has done an outstanding job to make things right, to do things the right way. You feel you’re not only an employee but you also feel like you’re appreciated.

Pros

The "People Experience Dept" also known as HR Dept is great! They moved so quickly during the Coronavirus pandemic. They are still working hard to keep all employees safe. Mostly all employees work remotely, Hr updates employees weekly regarding our benefits and local government announcements. We also have very flexible work schedules.

Cons

The only thing I can think of as a slight con would be the price of our benefits have increased, but that's all companies at this moment.

Leadership is always open to feedback, and is willing to adjust course. Always Improving and Integrity are not just values on a website. They are the core of the team's decision making.

Cons

Communicate early and often. Include staff in decision making sooner to include important perspectives and ensure the message is delivered the right way.
