      Not many.... Managers have very little training on call ctr management so feel free to come and go as you want with little retribution. Casual dress. Ample parking

      You can learn a lot by the guidance of really great financial managers.

      Cons

      There is no communication at all, not even managers know whats going on. This will end making you work really really hard for 55-60 hours a week. They doesn’t care a lot about employees, you can expect to be cut off at any time.
