Pros
Overall, I loved working at Real. The vast majority people I worked with were talented, technically skilled, hard working and generally a pleasure to work with. I learned a great deal working here. I helped build great projects and great teams. The company, and it’s Founder/CEO, have a commitment to making a positive impact on the local community and on the world. The flex-time is great, as is the flexibility about working from home, and they match your charitable-giving. The building has very nice views and a convenient location. Being near the baseball and football/soccer stadiums, it can be exciting when there's a big game across the street, whether you're a serious fan or not. Light-rail and bus lines are a walkable distance away, and a transportation benefit pays for it (or parking).
Cons
Too many layoffs & reorgs. Each one seems like it's sure to be the "last" and that the "cuts can't go any deeper." The modern "open" office environment is dreadful. Game-day traffic/parking is really inconvenient.
