Pros
Some friendly and smart folks, interesting tech, downtown location
Cons
Folks managed by fear, micromanagement from execs (they apparently have nothing better to do), clueless direction, pretty much last in everything including: employee investment, competitive positioning, and a ghost of a former office. Never know who will be let go or quit from day to day. Low pay. Forget any flexibility they promise you (aka, no work/life balance).
