Pros
The people who work here are smart, fun and engaging. If you choose the right product team, work can be very fulfilling. The company culture is in the process of changing and becoming more transparent and technically relevant.
Cons
RealNetworks has historically been involved in way too many businesses and lacks focus. There are lots of unpredictable changes that come from the upper tiers of management that seem like they are from left field. Compensation and benefits are good if you are on the right project and have a strong manager to advocate on your behalf.
