      Pros

      The people here are some of the best I have worked with, funny quirky and dedicated, I would say to their jobs, but it is more than that they are dedicated to making real a success. I also give real high marks for diversity in the work place.

      Cons

      The "brain drain" caused in no small part by yearly layoffs. Layoffs rob the company of talented individuals and heap more work on the remaining employees, additionally, every layoff has an after effect of even more talented people leaving. realnetworks is never going to return to profitability by continuing to cut jobs, that strategy has not worked for the last ten years there is no reason to believe that it is going to start working now. Senior management is dismantling the company one piece at a time because the only control they seem to have is further job cuts.

      It's a small office in Japan. They need to communicate members who works in head office. If you improve your English skills, It will be good opportunity.

      Cons

      This company's health is not good. You will have to work with much tasks and include other position.
