      Pros

      The people are passionate, hardworking and believe the company will turn around. They are very resourceful and do good work with few resources they're given.

      Cons

      On average there's a 2% annual salary increase, morale is low and while the corporate strategy is planned, the tactical implementation is dependent upon the CEO's whims.

      Great mix of talented people. feels like the company has turned a corner in terms of corporate strategy and some good products coming out.

      Cons

      Historically there has been a lack of consistent strategy and sometimes the focus on short term quarterly results has been too high to the detriment of strategic vision.
