      Good for job training bad for long term.

      Pros

      Lot of different technologies and teams to work with. Variety of work, anywhere from codec development to server side to desktop clients to mobile clients and storefronts.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Bad communication from management down. Lack of strategic vision. Company afraid to commit to a vision, ADD personality.

      Pros

      no micro-managing, career growth, games, gym, cafe, relaxing and fun atmosphere. People are intelligent & very hard working. Great place to work!

      Cons

      constant re-organization and layoffs! If you don't participate in gossip, prepare to be outcasted!

      Pros

      Easy atmosphere, relaxed attitudes. Promotions from within and training to improve and/or acquire new jobs skills is encouraged. On site cafe, games, gym, and fun company events.

      Cons

      Seems like there is a re-org or layoff every 6-9 months. Company feels a little adrift in finding a new niche while maintaining staple products. Infrastructure is aging and needs replacement.
