      Pros

      The people are smart -- like all the high tech firms --- but, they're kind and generous too. My office is routinely full of people stopping by to say hello. How was your weekend? Can I ask your advise on this or that? It's a wonderful place to work. I love it.

      Cons

      The pace is slower that usual for high-tech. it takes a long time to get things done.

      Pros

      You are treated more like an employee in a good way, more responsibility and experiences that help your development quickly! So many bright and creative people working together, the company has a very positive feel. Really cool location also, a lot of the building faces Puget Sound! Lots of great activities sponsored by the company for interns as well! I totally suggest working there as an intern.

      Cons

      The company hired a lot of contractors and keeps interns on for a long time, also managers warned me against the stock purchase option in the benefit package if I did get offered a permanent post.
