The pay package, and work location is great, nice weather and everything . And also its advanced techolohy will put u in a front line in this industry. also, the company is close to residential area which is easy to commute, much better than working in other cities such as LA or SF. The campus recruiting was surely impressive, at least better than many other tech companies. On job training is good too, but someimes, peer-peer learning should be of a more focus than having outside training courses. That way training can be more relevant. The insurnace package is decent.

Laid back environment, free drinks, in house gym, in house cafeteria. Lots of freedom in terms of when you come to work and when you leave, just make sure you get your work done. People are very friendly and open to questions and are very willing to help. Real has a very small startup company feel where everyone knows mostly everyone else.
