      nothing. I can't recommend this company.

      Non moral and non strategic company. You shouldn't work for this company, if you are real honest business person.?But if you can flatter your boss without shame, I recommend this company. Because you can get promoted very easy.

      Pros

      Great people, opps to do things beyond your level and grow, innovative environment, majority of employees get own offices, free sodas and coffee/tea, great holidays/vacation. While things got busy at times, there was an overall good work/ life balance. If you are on the right team, it is not a bad place to be.

      Cons

      Revolving door of CEO's, lack of strategy, growing profit loss, bi-yearly lay-offs, canceled projects. Because of this morale is very low, and employees are not sure of the future.
