      Pros

      Real has great employees who are really trying to survive. They work hard and are eager to try to make the company better.

      Cons

      Only the people who have facetime with execs remain. These are not necessarily people who get into the weeds and do the work. Favoritism abounds, and the execs pick theirs and change them by the day.

      Pros

      Freedom to innovate, learn, and explore. Some of the teams are very lucky to have great managers and a cohesive team, where everyone looks after each other. Very cool set of technologies; good pool to choose from or to expand in.

      It's a hell hole, don't work here

      Pros

      Most of your peers are good people, but it ends once you go up the chain. Used to have a great culture of celebration, but recent management changes have chased all fun out the door.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about employees. The quarterly layoffs are getting pretty old. There are generally re-orgs at least twice a year, when things are finally getting settled from the last one.
