Pros

very nice co-workers some VP & SVP will help you grow into different roles

Cons

Glass ceilings all over the place, I got certifications and still could only move into higher roles despite knowing several of the products. Antiquated thinking from old C level management,. The company has been acquired hopefully people can grow

Pros

Leadership is very straight forward with any changes that happen within the company. Atlanta office was about only 30 people, so it had a very start-up feel to it, which I didn't mind. All the managers are very willing to showing you what they do and how to do things.

Cons

Raises aren't very frequent and not enough holidays.

Thank you for your post. We are right in the middle of the annual review and merit cycle, so I'm not sure why you don't believe we give frequent raises. Holidays are benchmarked and we are in the game here. We also give everyone some floating holidays. I do agree with you on your advice.
