8yThank you for your post. I'm glad you find the work environment to your liking. Its been a high priority for us. Lets move on to benefits. When I hear a comment that benefits are not great I often wonder why someone would think that. We have solid benefits compared to our industry peers. If you look at the benefit premiums they are relatively low. Our deductibles are $3k for and individual and $6k for a family. And,......we give you HSA dollars $600 per individual and $1200 per family to pay down your expenses. Once your deductible is met, we pay 100% in the HDHC plan. I would ask you to meet with our benefits director, Stephanie Sanders x3443. Working from home is something we have studied at great length. We prefer to have our workforce come in everyday and collide and share with teammates regarding work and their ideas. There are some times when great employees are hired and accommodated based on job and need.
