Skill Development: Events like these help employees step outside their routine work, explore new technologies, and enhance problem-solving and presentation skills. Team Collaboration: Great chance to collaborate across teams and learn from peers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Attractive Rewards: Winners were recognized with generous prize money, adding excitement and healthy competition to the event.

Cons

Time Constraints: Balancing hackathon participation with regular work commitments was a bit challenging for some teams. Limited Visibility Post-Event: While the event was well-organized, more visibility into how winning ideas are being implemented would be encouraging.
