Thank you for highlighting the strengths you’ve experienced—growth opportunities, a strong team, competitive compensation and the flexibility of remote work. These are core elements of our culture, and we’re glad they’ve made a positive impact. Organizational changes and challenges with work-life balance are not taken lightly. While change is sometimes necessary to stay competitive and responsive, we understand the importance of clear communication and thoughtful execution to minimize disruption. We are always looking to improve how we support our employees through transitions and maintain a healthier balance. Your feedback is appreciated, thank you.

Pros

Some really bright and pleasant people; big company resources; market leader; some solid product innovation; competitive compensation; well-communicated company strategy and objectives; technically and culturally set up well for remote work

Cons

General company cons: Very revenue-driven culture resulting in continuous changes in strategy based anecdotal evidence. Systemic lack of trust and blame-shifting between departments; Lots of information hoarding, especially at the executive level. Too many layers of review and approval, even on small, tactical activities and deliverables. Executives often feel like they need to prove their worth by meddling in other departments' activities. Marketing-specific cons: CMO is completely disengaged from his team. Work-life balance is non-existent. Culture gives too many executives with no marketing experience undue influence or authority over marketing activities and deliverables. Parts of marketing are simply set up for failure in terms of investment and executive support.
