      Pros

      - Work-life balance is the best I've experienced at any company - Great training / prof. development benefits - Fun company events and opportunities to get involved - Freedom to share ideas, no micromanagement - Team is awesome – I always feel respected and valued by the people I work closely with - Excited about where the company is headed

      Cons

      RealmOne growing quickly has caused some challenges and changes that haven't been the easiest to navigate. But it’s clear that the company is making strides to evolve and seems to be doing its best to keep its employees' needs as a top priority. Despite the challenges, the positive momentum and exciting direction make it clear that these growing pains are just part of our journey, and I'm thankful to be along for the ride.

      -Pay was ok -Benefits were ok

      Cons

      -Bereavement leave only for immediate family. -They are not the smaller company I signed up for so you will become just a number as they continue to acquire more companies. -There are contracts with no organization. -Defending yourself will result in being fired.

I’ve seen firsthand how suggestions shared through surveys or team meetings have led to real changes in our benefits and work environment. It feels like our voices matter here
