Excellent benefits and pay...In a Govt contract driven world, this is very common for pay and benefits to be competitive. iNovex is not only competitive, but I would say above average. But that's not what sets them apart, what sets them apart is the CULTURE. I didn't realize how much I valued this until I came here. Truly great team, HR, IT department, etc. Everyone is so helpful and wonderful to work with to get tasks done. I honestly can say I love working here.

Cons

Going through a merger currently so some processes are still being worked out/different between companies. But hopefully that will be resolved soon.
