Pros
This company undoubtedly transformed my professional career. The leadership was strong, supportive, fun, and healthy when I joined. My successes were cultured well, and my failures were also great learning experiences that I'll always reference in the future. I often felt recognized for my efforts when I went above and beyond.
Cons
The only drawback of my experience was that as the economy became strained, the culture slowly declined. Leadership teams became smaller with larger work loads, and they were less "available". Certain things became more and more streamlined, and there was less room for creativity, innovation, and even slightly micromanaged. I understand that this is naturally what happens during times of stress because as a business, you have to answer for what is/isn't working. But, it was still unfortunate to see in what was previously such a strong culture.
