Pros

Very dynamic company, lots of opportunity for responsibility, P&L ownership, competitive salary, great people to work with. Moving in the right direction with culture (used to be pretty aggressive, now noticeably less so)

Cons

Promotion timings have been extended to allow for "more experience", less than ideal work-life balance, 30 miles from NY driving (pretty bad commute), antiquated systems make some processes unnecessarily complex. Minimal trainings for newcomers/new roles, which generates high stress levels when starting on a new position

Pros

Creative Directors were easy to work with, and made sure you had all the correct direction for the projects. There freelance rate was good, and they made payment pretty quickly.

Cons

There really was no Cons in my experience work with RB. My experience was very good. I always worked well with the CD there.
