Pros

It is a great international company with lots of opportunities for global mobility. People are smart and come from different nationalities. Sometimes you feel like you are working at United Nations. Very good pay and bonus program.

Cons

Very aggressive business culture, more leaning on zero sum gains vs. win-win while dealing with vendors and suppliers. Similar culture in between departments, even when you communicate to sales or marketing, you look like an adversary rather than a colleague.
