As you know, we’ve made a lot of upgrades and changes to our product and packaging in the past year. We are constantly looking at ways to improve our offerings and I’d encourage you to provide this feedback to our product team.

With our exponential growth we know this can create challenges that impact your workload. We don’t want this to be an ongoing, unresolved issue. We encourage Futurists to work with their manager and HR to discuss solutions to help better manage the workload.
We do offer a 401k employer match, and will look to improve our communication around it to ensure Futurists know it’s available to them.
