Company is doing well, not too much stress in the day to day unless clients are at risk, decent work life balance

Cons

Terrible professional development. Consultants are viewed as glorified salesmen. Training is not good if you want to grow as a SME in cyber, the only trainings that are funded are basic customer interaction trainings, not SANS or even CompTIA prep.
