You are given a lot of responsibility and can decide how to go about completing your tasks on your own. This is due in no small part to the fact that leadership is clueless.
Cons
Leadership has no idea what it is they want to create. They have vague ideas of what they want and expect new resources to figure things out on their own. Leadership loves to play the blame game, so keep in mind that part of your role will be that of a scape goat.
