      Flexibility to work remotely. Free lunch Friday.

      Cons

      CEO is an openly huge jerk. Talks down to people, belittles them. Swears in the office and creates uncomfortable environment.

      No micro management. Great culture vibe Enrichment is great, CEO encourages learning in and outside of your field Friday lunches, Great snacks. The social committee here is great. Always planning outings and surprise treats. WFH opportunities Vacation amount is not set.

      Cons

      Management/Executive process flows can be improved. No Parking. Business Parking Permits are $150 a year out of pocket. If you ride the T you are fine
