-A lot of development and career progression opportunities -Cutting edge technology -Exciting industry -Surrounded by incredibly smart and passionate individuals -A lot of autonomy -Very positive outlook for company growth

Cons

This is an incredibly fast paced environment with a lot of autonomy. You need to be adaptable, willing to learn (both new things and from your mistakes), have a willingness to hold yourself accountable, and extremely organized and disciplined. This environment can sometimes come off as disorganized and chaotic at times but it's the nature of being at an organization that is going through incredible growth so it isn't for everyone.

Cons

Culture is horrible, lots of broken promises. They tend to dangle title bumps in your face. Some leadership should never be in a “leadershit” role. No love for the channel only blames. Don’t believe the other reviews they are all probably fake.

Cons

A lot of the work is self-starting. If you are not good at managing yourself or your time, this will be a difficult job.
