      Pros

      Some friendly staff that make the day more tolerable, Likable population (Working with children), free meals, beautiful hospital grounds.

      Cons

      Upper management is not friendly at all to the point where I dread coming to work in fear of running into management. The environment is unwelcoming. Poor communication between management. They never call out when you do a good job. No appreciation for the hard work you do everyday. It is not a very supportive place to work. Over worked and under paid. Drama between staff is bad. No one is ever on the same page. Large bonuses for new hires but current staff get NOTHING... not even a pay raise!

      Pros

      Absolutely wonderful work environment that prioritizes employee development, support, and safety of each other, and our patients. I have started with this company as a CNA, and am currently completing my internship for Bachelor of Social Work. One of the few in the Midlands that does bachelor's level. I am so grateful for this opportunity, and thankful for the entire team for supporting me in this career journey. Challenges are met with bravery and support.

      Cons

      Staffing shortages like most hospitals currently. Large companies can have breaks in communication from department to department. Follow up is necessary at times to create cohesive work environment to achieve shared goals.
