      Pros

      Recovery Solutions is an incredible place to be. The work, the people, the mission- all fantastic. The leadership team truly cares for each and every member. There are growth opportunities and RS promotes a culture where your feedback matters. Salary and benefits do not disappoint, either. Overall, very pleased with RS!

      I'd say all days have ups and downs. No major cons that I can report.

      Pros

      I absolutely love working at Recovery Solutions. Our team is great, and I value and appreciate my coworkers. My values and professional goals align with the mission and objectives of the company, and I feel that I am making a real difference. The work/life balance is great, and I have the flexibility to easily meet my family needs, while getting my work done.

      Cons

      The only compliant is that the pay is low, about 20-50% lower than I have been offered at other companies. What keeps me here for now is the great work environment and my excellent team of coworkers. I really hope that pay raises are coming soon, because it is getting difficult to turn down higher pay offers.
