      This company is the worst. Management is out for themselves. No accountability.

      Cons

      Management tells you what fits for them at the moment, no follow through. Don't have any life crisis or you will be punished. I wouldn't call the health insurance a benefit.

      Pros

      Improving culture and opportunities. We have a new leadership team and I feel like I can apply for positions, get interviewed and change jobs if I ever want to do so.

      Cons

      We're still shy on a full staff but HR is bringing people in.
