Pros

I think is all about pros. A really cool company with good benefits, good professionals working in it. You are kinda your own boss, is the first place in which they told me, "Find something you like and work on it".

Cons

Things that are really hard: The onboarding process. Passing the learning curve. Getting actually things to do.
