Pros

My director at the time was extremely competent and advocated for the team. The colleagues I worked with were stellar, and there was a great remote culture.

Cons

Salary is better than some other agencies, but not super competitive. Client work can be challenging, with some clients being extremely disorganized and not knowing what they want. This can lead to inefficiencies and frustration, and you may be stuck with this kind of client portfolio for months.

Pros

Ample time off, great coverage/benefits, enjoyable culture, able to work fully remote

Cons

no overtime compensation, working remotely = more expectation for longer hours spent working but that's the shifting US corporate landscape as a whole
