      Pros

      To gain experience. Collegues are open minded and generally pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Management lacked trust in employees specially remote workers which at times seemed condescending and offensive. There was not a well developed infrastructure in place to support remote workers efficiently. This experience was with the Yardley office.

      Good Managers across the company keep people here. Nice benefits and generous PTO. Work-life balance. Flexible work arrangements. Kind, great people to call your teammates. The company has undergone a lot of change and growth as of late but leadership genuinely wants to do right by its employees.

      Company has undergone a good amount of change and growth over the last few years specifically. Some growing pains are being felt. Feels like things are trending in the right direction.
