Pros

I have been working at Red Nucleus full-time for more than six years. No Doubt, Red Nucleus is THE BEST Place to work. I really appreciate this organization for all of the opportunities it has provided me so far. It has helped me to grow technically, professionally as well as personally. It’s been a wonderful experience to be a part of this company. I have learned so much in these past six years (and still learning from this great place), and will never forget the kindness of management and all of my colleagues. Awesome people to work with, always ready to help, encourage and support you both professionally and personally. Amazing culture, great benefits, great pay, good opportunities to learn, awesome people and management.

Cons

There aren’t any that I can think of.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. It looks like you’re a current team member so we’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy. We want each and every Red Nucleus team member to be proud to be a part of RN and to want to recommend us to future great hires. We’re very confident in our India management team, and we’ve been working very closely with them since we acquired this division last year to ensure they fully understand and embrace Red Nucleus’s commitment to quality and customer service. We’ve challenged them with a big task—to become THE best in class e-learning production hub in Pune. Achieving that goal will not be easy. It takes dedication, hard work, and a commitment to excellence—such efforts are not for everyone. We’ve seen nothing short of all of the above from our IN management team and have full faith that they will achieve their goal. We would also like to set the story straight that there have been no layoffs since the Pune operation has joined the Red Nucleus family—we’re coming off of our most successful year ever and expect nothing less as we settle into 2018. If you have any further feedback, please don’t hesitate to email us at hr@rednucleus.com.
