We’re very confident in our India management team, and we’ve actually been working very closely with them since we acquired this division last year to ensure they fully understand and embrace Red Nucleus’s commitment to quality and customer service. In fact, we meet with each manager weekly and also have a joint leadership meeting once a month to ensure alignment. We’ve challenged them with a big task—to become THE best in class e-learning production hub in Pune. Achieving that goal will not be easy.
