Pros

- Fair salary - Great clients and high variation of project types (mix of traditional and digital projects) - Talented SMEs enabling delivery of all these different project types - Good company culture (at least at the Canadian offices)

Cons

- Benefits could be better (currently lacks vision care) and would love to see a wellness credit - IT is a hurdle, and the current project management system is pretty bad
