Great Fit for Vets!

Pros

- Work remotely - do it from anywhere - Flexible travel tempo that is accommodating to work/life balance - Very active partner interface - perpetual exposure to emerging tech - Vet friendly - lots of DoD/Federal experience on the team that "speak the language" - You are not micromanaged here; plenty of growth room for pro-active people - HR and productivity resources are well organized and available

Cons

- Requires commitment and pro-activity to be successful. Not for people that wants a hands-on leader managing your every day, or for people that want a hard start/stop workday (I've never been asked to work late, but sometimes things arise that shouldn't wait for the morning or Monday). - Teams are small; the impact is felt pretty significantly if someone leaves or is "quiet quitting" - At least SOME travel is expected in many positions - Trust but verify - and then verify again - on efforts that require coordination

Thank you for your review - We appreciate you taking the time! We're glad to hear that you are happy with our remote work policy, and our great team! We completely understand that the fast growth we are experiencing, can come with fast-paced work. We never want this to affect our teams or managers negatively - thank you for your feedback on that, and our team members and managers can certainly delegate items when appropriate. Thank you again for your feedback!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed our culture, and appreciated the management, people, and work-life balance! For salary and time tracking, we complete regular compensation analysis to ensure our pay ranges are competitive in the market and work to adjust them if and when they are not aligned. As a services company, we are required to track time to accurately reflect our work for our customers. It is important this documentation is accurate. In regards to career growth, we promote from within when we are able. We support this with succession planning, competency analysis, performance reviews, and an individual’s desire to move within the organization. While we understand that during a period of fast growth, the workload may increase, our teams are always working to ensure that resources are being added where they are needed. We provide a comprehensive benefits plan in alignment with market, and are consistently on the lookout for additional perks such as the trust and will benefit that was added this year. We value all feedback and would be happy to listen, if you would like to discuss more – Please feel free to reach out to our HR team anytime.

It is great to hear that you were happy with the work life balance with Red River. In recognition of employees across the company, we give out our Rock the Red (peer recognition awards) and our Impact (management nomination) awards throughout the year. Our annual corporate awards include the Customer Service Award, Rising Star Award, Philanthropic Award, and the Resilience Award, to name a few. We also utilize our intranet site to cover stories on employees that participate in charitable work, celebrate momentous anniversaries and get promoted. These are just a few of the ways we look to celebrate all our employees on an ongoing basis. In regards to integration and tools, over the past year we have reduced the number of systems we work across to assist in collaboration. We continue to work on alignment and consolidation where it makes business sense to do so. Our team members should always feel free to reach out to our HR team or their manager with any concerns and suggestions, including integration, improved tools, and recognition. We would like to understand your feedback better as well. If you would like, you can reach out to our HR team. We are open to listening and discussing more. Thank you for leaving this feedback for us.
