Thank you for this review – We’re so glad to hear that you are liking our company culture, benefits package, and flexible work-life balance. As for training for new employees, onboarding does differ by department. We have made our HR team aware of this feedback and will be reaching out to the Cloud Engineering division to ensure that they are building out the appropriate onboarding training for their new hires. Please feel free to reach out to the HR team at HR@redriver.com if you have specific feedback; the more information we have, the better equipped we will be to support new hires in the most effective way possible!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are glad to hear that you appreciated our benefits package and involvement in the community – we strive to have a positive impact on both the Red River community and the communities in which we live and operate. We’re sorry to hear that you have a negative perception of the company. We respect your perspective and would like to note that we are a company with 25 years of business experience offering mission-critical expertise in analytics, cloud, collaboration, mobility, networking and security solutions. We employ many specialists and we provide ongoing training and professional development to encourage our teams to gain more experience and become more specialized. As you mentioned, we have found a new equity partner that we are working with. Our company grew tremendously with our first equity partner and plan to continue growing with our new partner as well.

Pros

Actively takes part in the community that each employee lives in by supporting non-profits across the country. Serves veterans in many ways from Winter Sports Clinic to smaller regional non-profits. Treats every department in the company equally and encourages building relationships to be built by bringing the whole company together for a week-long conference.

Cons

Consistent in-organic growth makes it so that leadership structure is constantly changing to incorporate new teams. However, they seem to do a great job at easing into the changes and making everyone that come's on-board feel like they are all part of the same team after a period of time
