      Terrible Management at RR & PE Firm

      Cons

      Management needs to get a grip on how to treat their employees and not burn them out. The company culture has drastically changed for the worse since PE firm Cerberus backed the company.

We would like to take the opportunity to point out a few of our resources for our team members. We have quite a few benefits that we have implemented with our employees in mind, including a generous PTO plan in addition to 9 fixed holidays a year. We also invest in our wellness program and Health Advocate, which provides a wide range of resources to help support a work life balance.       HR's worst nightmare

      Pros

      The CEO is actually a friendly guy, but you will not be working under him directly. Free leftovers in the office after the Exec's eat.

      Cons

      Overworked without help as they refuse to hire people and would rather overwork their 'key earners', Tone deaf upper management, have heard racial slurs used here behind closed doors. Was personally told to hide my Doctors note stating I am to work from home so higher ups wouldn't "hear about it". Managed Services is an HR representative's worst nightmare

      nothing that I can think of.

      Cons

      they only care about the bottom line. if you point out that they are made installation mistakes, and then they bring you on board to fix thier mistakes, they will fire you after you fix thier mistakes.
