Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. In regards to your comment about management, we always want our team members to be heard. We encourage all of our team members to reach out to our HR team anytime. We would like to discuss any issues or concerns. We recognize that the company has gone through a lot of change in the past year. We acknowledge that this can be difficult for people and organizations, and these changes do take time, however, we feel these are positive changes that are helping to drive strategy. We appreciate feedback in all forms, and would like to emphasize that our team members can always reach out to the HR team.

We appreciate your feedback and would like the opportunity to reply to some of the comments provided. While we respect your perspective, we want to point out that we have continued bring on great initiatives to the benefit of our team members including, a trust and will benefit, diversity and inclusion trainings, employee resource groups, and a sustainability employee group as well. Important programs such as our community service and anniversary awards program continue to focus on the values that drive Red River. Our teams work hard and the company is growing very quickly and hiring new team members on to keep pace with business need. This does result in the company changing from how it used to be in years past. However, we believe that this growth process is beneficial and not only creates new jobs, but more opportunities as well. We certainly value all of our team members, and are sorry to hear that does not match your perspective.
