      Unlimited PTO Remote work Cool Learning tool like CBT Nuggets

      Managers calling people "that guy there or that girl there" Contracts taken over from CWPS never reviewed which result in PMS being blamed for things out if their control No cohesiveness with internal teams , example needing support on resolving an issue gets pushed to the side Leads speak to you as if your not knowledgeable Leaders allowed to lead but told "we know xyz can be abrasive ", then why is he still with the company. Contracts aka business owners don't know the Contracts they supposedly manage. Your sold alot of pomp abd circumstances when you get hired then it's all smoke.

      Hockey Fans lots of company activities

      They spread negative information about you when you decide to leave HQ is in a terrible location to service the clients they wish to attract

We do have some fanatic hockey fans, but we also have gardening fans and race fans and soccer fans and baseball fans and cooking fans and book-club fans and Bollywood fans and K-Pop fans and wrestling fans…we’re all over the place and we love that about our employees. We think you might not have had all the information about Red River’s locations. Our corporate headquarters are in New Hampshire, our Federal headquarters are in Reston, VA, we have a rapidly growing office and Technology Innovation Center in Austin, TX and an Enterprise Application Division is in Sacramento CA.       Pros

      Red RIver is full of dedicated individuals that create a great work environment. Management is committed to employee development. If you put the hours in to work hard you will be rewarded with opportunities to help shape your team / department. Great opportunities for people to advance from within and move from dept to dept. The business is strong and growing with a phenomenal industry reputation.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work that can be done and you need to be careful to find your own balance and boundaries. Plenty of people working hard and putting in the hours especially during busy season, but be careful to not get burned out.
