Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you have a negative view of your experience here but glad that you got to experience growth through working with new technologies with us. We are continuously working to provide professional development and continuous training to our team members. We are aware that not everyone has the same knowledge of technologies coming in and we look for employees who learn and grow with us, as you mentioned. We do our best to ensure everyone is supported throughout that growth process. As far as our service desk management, we always encourage our team members to reach out to our Human Resources team with any concerns they may have, whether that is hours worked or management related. We realize that we have a fast paced work environment and are continuously working to ensure everyone has the resources to succeed at their jobs. We would encourage your feedback as well.
